added Glossy Accents to the White dots,
Make the
Balloon hang in the box make holes in the lid
to thread
ribbon Through and Tie in a bow
I
decorated the box aswell with
Elements
from the papers and
Sweet as
honey Stamp ( Fence ) HCPC-3735
all the
way around the outside of the box
